Overseas Technical Service – Nake Engineers Deliver On-site Training in Malaysia

Jinan Nake Test Equipment Co., Ltd. recently dispatched our senior engineer Mr. Song to Malaysia to conduct comprehensive on-site installation, commissioning and technical training for our valued overseas partner.

The customer purchased a complete set of material mechanical testing laboratory equipment, including:

2 sets WAW-D Microcomputer Controlled Electro-hydraulic Servo Universal Testing Machines (New Version) The equipment is capable of tensile, compression, bending and shear tests for metallic and non-metallic materials. It supports multiple closed-loop control modes to automatically calculate key mechanical indicators such as tensile strength, yield strength and elastic modulus. Widely used in universities, research institutes, aerospace, metallurgy, machinery manufacturing and construction industries for material research and quality control.

Hydraulic Double-blade Impact Specimen Notch Broaching Machine Adopting hydraulic transmission for stable operation and high precision on V-type and U-type notches. The dual-station design allows two specimens to be processed simultaneously, supporting double-V, double-U or mixed V+U machining without replacing accessories. The broach is made of imported W18Cr4V material. Each broach can process more than 20,000 specimens, effectively reducing consumable costs and maintenance frequency.

Microcomputer Controlled Low-temperature Automatic Feeding Pendulum Impact Testing Machine Equipped with premium aluminum protective cover. It evaluates the anti-impact performance of metals under dynamic load, conducting room temperature and low-temperature impact tests to measure impact absorption energy, impact toughness and ductile-brittle transition temperature. The integrated high-rigidity cast host and SIEMENS PLC system enable fully automatic test procedures including swinging, latching, impact and reset. Dual display mode (computer + dial pointer) ensures convenient operation and reliable data recording.

-80℃ & -196℃ Low-temperature Cooling Baths The two low-temperature baths are supporting equipment for low-temperature impact tests, providing stable constant low-temperature environment for specimens. The equipment has precise temperature control to guarantee accurate low-temperature impact test results. The on-site training for the low-temperature baths will be arranged at a later stage.

During the service trip, Engineer Song delivered systematic training covering equipment working principles, specimen preparation, parameter setting, standard test operation, daily maintenance and common troubleshooting. He provided one-on-one guidance to the customer's technical team and answered all technical questions on site.

After the training, the customer's operators can independently complete the full testing workflow from specimen preparation to mechanical performance measurement.
