The fatigue testing machine can predict the fatigue strength of materials or components under the action of alternating load. The deformation amplifier unit of the deformation measurement system is one of the main components of the testing machine. Its main function is to expand the weak signal generated by the sensor, and send it to the digital display or computer after processing, so as to record or display the deformation value borne by the sample.

The daily maintenance of the fatigue testing machine is of great significance to the normal operation and measurement accuracy of high-precision testing equipment:

1. When the machine is not started for a long time, please pay attention to turn off the main power supply of the machine. If the tensile testing machine is in standby status, the transfer switch should be set to the "load" position. Because if the transfer switch is set to the "fast reverse" position, the electromagnetic commutation will affect the service life of the equipment.

2. Mainframe maintenance: the fixture equipped with the machine should be coated with anti-rust oil for storage; Because of the hydraulic pressure, the jaw of the tensile testing machine is often used. When it is simply worn and too much oxide scale, the small piston will be damaged and leaked. Therefore, the jaw should be cleaned every time to keep it clean; The sliding surface between the inlaid steel plate and the lining plate and the dovetail groove surface on the lining plate should be kept clean, and a thin layer of molybdenum disulfide grease should be applied regularly; Check the screws at the jaw regularly, and tighten them in time if any looseness is found; Check the condition regularly. If there is any looseness, re-tension the tensioning wheel.

3. Maintenance of oil source: regularly check whether there is oil leakage at the main engine and oil source. If there is oil leakage, replace the sealing ring or combination gasket in time.

4. Maintenance of the control system: check regularly to see if the connecting wire of the rear panel of the controller touches well. If it is loose, it should be stabilized in time; After the experiment, the machine is not in control for a long time.

5. According to the use of the machine and the service life of the oil, replace the oil suction filter and filter element regularly and replace the hydraulic oil.
