The Rebar Bending Testing Machine is a specialized device used for conducting cold bending tests and flat reverse bending tests on steel reinforcement bars. Its main technical parameters comply with the following standards:

YB/T 5126-2003 Test Methods for Bending and Reverse Bending of Steel for Reinforced Concrete

It meets the requirements specified in these standards for 180° bending tests (cold bending) and flat reverse bending tests (initial 90° bend followed by a 20° reverse bend). This machine is an ideal testing device for steel plants and construction units to evaluate the bending and rebending properties of rebar.

The machine features a compact structure, simple operation, intuitive angle display, ease of maintenance, smooth operation, and safe performance.

II. Installation

· Install the machine on a stable foundation. The flatness error of the horizontal surface should not exceed 0.5/1000.

· Connect to a three-phase four-wire 380V, 50Hz power supply.
