Installation and Operation
The DWC-196 has simple installation, easy operation, rapid cooling, and high temperature control accuracy. Installation steps are as follows:
1. Place the unit horizontally and lock the wheels.
2. Connect the liquid nitrogen tank pipe to the cooling bath, using a PTFE gasket to prevent leakage.
3. Connect to 220 V power supply and turn on the main switch.
4. Set the target temperature, open the liquid nitrogen tank valve, press the cooling button, and set the holding time.
5. Once the target temperature and holding time are reached, the buzzer will alarm. Close the alarm after temperature stabilization—specimen cooling and temperature holding are complete. Repeat the temperature holding process for subsequent experiments.
