It is capable of testing the axial force, torque, and torque coefficient of large hexagon head high-strength bolt assemblies in sizes M16, M20, M22, M24, M27, and M30, with real-time display and printing.
When the axial force reaches the specified standard value, the device will automatically pause for one second, then reverse to release the specimen.
The tester calculates the torque coefficient automatically based on the measured axial force and torque, and displays the result in real time.
Upon completing one batch of tests, the device automatically calculates the average axial force, average torque, average torque coefficient, standard deviation, and coefficient of variation for that group of specimens.
The control system can store and cyclically update 32 sets of test data, which can be retrieved and printed at any time.
Optional Function:
If equipped with an additional torque-shear type electric wrench, the device can also perform preload testing on torque-shear type bolts.
