WLG-5000 Computer-Controlled Electro-Hydraulic Servo Horizontal Bolt Tensile Testing Machine

1. Product Overview

The WLG-5000 horizontal tensile testing machine is suitable for tensile and constant-load tensile testing with a rated capacity of up to 5000 kN. It is mainly used for determining the tensile strength of high-strength bolts and other metallic products or materials.

The test frame consists of a reaction structure composed of front and rear rigid supports and four Φ140 mm high-strength steel columns. A bidirectional hydraulic cylinder is horizontally mounted at the center of the left support. A high-precision bidirectional tension-compression load cell is fixed at the piston end of the cylinder and directly connected to the left-side tensile grip. The right-side grip is mounted on a lead screw at the right support. Both grips are equipped with guide devices to ensure coaxial alignment.

A manually operated safety mesh is mounted above the machine. With convenient operation, enhanced safety, and reliable performance, this machine is ideal for testing large-size fasteners and structural bolts.
